Refund policy
This policy applies to TrafficSense Pro subscription purchases.
Cancellations
You may cancel a TrafficSense Pro subscription to stop future billing. Access may continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or the payment provider.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or verified service access problems. To request a refund, email trafficsensemonitoring@gmail.com with the purchase email, charge date, and reason for the request.
